Intro

Software engineering with a background in Information Technology (AI & IT) and experience supporting banking technology delivery across requirements clarification, software development, functional testing and system optimisation. Combines hands-on application troubleshooting with exposure to overseas client presentations and cross-team coordination. Currently contributing to requirements, functional design and development for an internal ITSM platform using AI-assisted development tools, alongside support and optimisation of internal systems. Interested in customer-facing technical roles connecting business needs with practical software, cloud and AI-enabled solutions.
